Job DescriptionHours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p CSTLead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and emerging AI tools to enable scalable, future-ready communications capabilities.Spearhead development of AI-enabled, human-inspected agentic workflows that improve efficiency across Business communications.Support integration of technology platforms that improve communications and onboarding, including SharePoint, Adobe, and future MarTech capabilities.Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market.QualificationsExperience with backend email communications is required.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot AI, SharePoint, and Adobe (email/content management).BenefitsHealthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
