Technical Support Engineer (Networking & Infrastructure)Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site/Hybrid as applicable)Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, plus additional compensation and benefitsWe are seeking a motivated and resourceful Technical Support Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting enterprise networking, cloud, storage, and media technology environments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, learning new technologies, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills, a methodical troubleshooting approach, and a desire to expand their technical expertise across multiple disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for enterprise networking and infrastructure environmentsTroubleshoot network connectivity issues using a structured and logical methodologyConfigure and support enterprise-grade networking equipment, including switches, routers, and firewallsMonitor, diagnose, and resolve system and network incidentsManage support tickets and escalate issues when appropriateParticipate in an on-call support rotation for critical infrastructure incidentsAssist with cloud, virtualization, storage, and containerized environmentsSupport file transfer and video streaming technologiesCollaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure improvements and operational initiativesContribute to automation and scripting efforts to improve efficiencySalary: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000Benefits: This position includes medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
