DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC is seeking an experienced hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations team. You will support manufacturing processes, optimize machining, and drive Lean initiatives to improve quality, throughput, and cost reduction.
Responsibilities include design and implementation of production-ready equipment, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and creation of standardized work and BOM/routing updates in ERP.
