The Loan Portfolio Associate will be responsible for monitoring and managing an assigned portfolio of real estate loans. Daily tasks include conducting operational analyses, evaluating portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with lending/servicing agreements, and preparing reports for management. The role also involves supporting servicing and asset management activities and contributing to strategic portfolio management efforts.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trendsKnowledge of Real Estate Investment Strategies and Trading within the financial and real estate sectorsExperience in Asset Management and Real Estate Portfolio ManagementExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesSuperior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setupPrior experience in real estate investment or lending is required
