We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.Position: Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: Pleasanton, CA(Onsite- Locals Only)Type: ContractJob Description10+ years of experience in Business Analysis.Business Systems Analyst (BSA) having 8+years of experience with a strong background in Agent force AI, Salesforce, data quality, and SQL.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with testing or QA in Salesforce environments, along with a solid understanding of data governance and quality assurance best practicesKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements related to Salesforce applications.Perform end-to-end testing and validation of Salesforce configurations, data flows, and integrations.Define and implement data quality checks to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.Write and execute complex SQL queries to support data analysis, testing, and reporting.Document test cases, data validation rules, and business processes.Assist with root cause analysis and work closely with developers to resolve issuesRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Salesforce projects.Strong understanding of data quality principles, data governance, and best practices.Proficient in SQL – ability to write, debug, and optimize queries.Familiarity with data integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.?
