About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Systems Analyst (Technical) to support enterprise applications and system initiatives. In this role, you will design, test, implement, and optimize business systems while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll work closely with developers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance. What You’ll Do Business & Systems AnalysisGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specificationsConduct stakeholder interviews to define scope, timelines, and deliverablesEnsure solutions align with budgets, project deadlines, and business objectivesArchitecture & Development SupportAssist with system design, development, deployment, and ongoing supportCollaborate with programmers and developers throughout the SDLCSupport infrastructure improvements to enhance scalability and integrationProject LeadershipManage projects from concept through implementationInterface with internal clients to define scope and deliver resultsMentor and review work of other Business Systems AnalystsQuality Assurance & DocumentationDevelop and execute detailed test plansCreate and maintain process documentation and workflowsReview and edit technical documentation across IT teamsTrack product updates to ensure documentation stays currentProcess & Policy DevelopmentEstablish standards for IT documentation, forms, and workflowsCreate scalable processes that ensure operational consistencyWhat You Bring RequiredHigh school diploma or GED10+ years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience supporting application development and system implementationPreferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fieldExperience with billing, collections, or revenue cycle systemsHealthcare industry experienceWorking knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queriesExperience with legacy systems or Query toolsTechnical SkillsMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Email and internet-based research toolsGeneral office and remote work technologyKey CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detailAbility to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-starter with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyDiscretion when handling confidential informationAdditional Information Employment may be contingent upon background screening, drug screening (where applicable), and credentialing requirements based on role responsibilities.
