Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities Develop full-stack applications using JavaScript, React, and Golang. Design, build, and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations. Work with relational databases and search technologies, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Elasticsearch. Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance. Participate in code reviews, technical design, and engineering best practices. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Support production releases, platform modernization, and technical debt reduction. Contribute technical recommendations and improvements to development processes and tooling. Required Skills 5–7+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong full-stack development experience with a 50/50 frontend and backend focus. Advanced JavaScript, preferably Vanilla JavaScript. Strong Golang development experience or ability to ramp up quickly. Experience with React. Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar databases. Experience with Elasticsearch. Strong experience with Microservices and Kubernetes. Knowledge of distributed systems and enterprise-scale applications. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Python, particularly for AI/ML applications. AI/LLM development or integration experience. Kafka and event-driven architectures. ClickHouse. Experience with workflow, ticketing, case-management, or ServiceNow-like platforms. Experience supporting large-scale distributed systems. Agile/Scrum experience.
