The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization, overseeing all finance and acquisition functions. This role demands an individual with a strong background in underwriting and financing multifamily real estate investments and development projects, as well as a proven track record in cash flow modeling, acquisitions, and valuations. The SVP will be responsible for assembling offering memoranda and will be expected to interact with brokers, lenders, and equity and debt partners in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. Institutional experience is essential, particularly in the areas of communication, execution, and deliverables.Applicants for the SVP position at the company should possess institutional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, and effective time management. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, with an MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of experience in real estate finance, underwriting, asset management, or acquisitions, and must be results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and a self-motivated team player. Strong technical skills, particularly in Argus, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, are required, along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
