Apartment Turnover Cleaner (Pay Per Unit) – Kanawha County (1099) Pay: $120–$360 per completed unit (paid weekly) Top performers: 3–5 units/week ($360–$1,800/week based on approved units) Type: 1099 | Full-time or Part-time | Flexible schedule (deadline-based) READ BEFORE APPLYING (A-TEAM ONLY) You must have: ✅ Reliable vehicle + valid license (travel required) ✅ Punctual/on time every job (deadline-driven) ✅ Turnover + appliance deep-clean experience (stove/oven + fridge inside/out) ✅ Detail-oriented (inspection-ready, minimal rework) ✅ No drugs/alcohol in units or on property grounds (zero tolerance) Pay is per unit (not hourly). Units must pass inspection to be approved for payment. What You’ll Do (Move-In Ready Turnovers) Full unit cleaning + detail work Appliances deep clean: stove/oven + refrigerator inside/out Kitchen: cabinets inside/out, drawers, counters, sink Bathroom: toilet, tub/shower, sink/vanity, mirrors Windows (as needed), baseboards, doors, handles, switches Floors + VCT strip & wax when required Work solo or as a team Qualifications (We Don’t Want to Waste Time) MUST-HAVES (Auto Disqualifiers) Reliable vehicle (daily use) + valid driver’s license Punctual every shift (no excuses) Apartment turnover cleaning experience (move-in ready standard) Appliance deep-clean experience (stove/oven + fridge inside/out) Strong detail work: cabinets/drawers inside/out, baseboards, tracks, corners Able to carry/load/unload equipment & supplies and return to storage Can work fast-paced and hit deadlines (pay per unit) Smartphone for job communication, photos, and inspection checklist Zero tolerance: no drugs/alcohol on properties or job sites STRONGLY PREFERRED (Moves You to the Top) Proven inspection-pass history (minimal rework) VCT strip & wax experience Prior Army/military (discipline) Property management standards / quick turn timelines Not a Fit If… You don’t have reliable transportation You’re often late or “run behind” You need hourly pay (this is pay per approved unit) You don’t like inspections or being held to a standard You can’t handle physical work or returning supplies to storage What “Qualified” Looks Like You can consistently complete 3–5 units/week with inspection-ready quality You communicate clearly, follow checklists, and don’t need babysitting Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $360.00 - $1,800.00 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid training People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Do you have a reliable personal vehicle and can you travel across Kanawha County for work?
