Investor Relations & Sales (Remote – Miami Based) Location: Remote (Based in Miami, FL | In-person meetings as needed) EB-5 Lending Alliance is seeking a sales-driven Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships professional with a proven ability to build, convert, and manage relationships with high-net-worth investors and strategic partners. This role sits at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and strategic growth within the EB-5 visa investment space. This is a client-facing role for someone confident leading high-stakes conversations, positioning investment opportunities, and guiding investors through a complex decision-making process with clarity and credibility. What You’ll Do Investor Sales & Relationship Management Proactively engage, qualify, and convert prospective EB-5 investors Guide investors through the EB-5 process from first conversation to commitment Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the investor lifecycle Strategic Partnerships Build and expand relationships with referral partners, migration agents, and intermediaries Identify new partnership opportunities that drive investor flow and revenue growth Presentations & Education Confidently present EB-5 program details, fund structures, and project advantages Tailor messaging to sophisticated international audiences Pipeline & CRM Management Own your pipeline from lead to close using HubSpot and/or Salesforce Maintain accurate follow-up, reporting, and forecasting Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with leadership and operations teams Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality investor communication Who You Are 4+ years of experience in sales, investor relations, finance, real estate, or private client advisory Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth or international clients Strong closing instincts and comfort discussing six- and seven-figure investments Knowledge of the EB-5 Visa Program is a strong plus (or ability to learn quickly) Relationship-driven, persuasive communicator with executive presence Highly self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with accountability Languages: Multilingual skills are a strong plus (Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese) Location & Flexibility: Based in Miami, FL Remote-first role with flexibility for in-person meetings when needed Comfortable taking calls across global time zones (including evenings or weekends when closing opportunities) About Us EB-5 Lending Alliance is a trusted EB-5 fund platform with a 14-year track record in investment immigration.
