We're looking for a Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE Developer & Release Manager to join a growing Marketing Systems team and play a key role in the development, deployment, and support of business-critical CRM applications.What You'll DoCustomize and enhance Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, and JavaScriptExtend and manage Dataverse-powered applicationsIntegrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and third-party platformsPartner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsOwn release management processes and ensure successful deployments across environmentsManage solution packaging, version control, deployment planning, and release documentationSupport governance, security, documentation, and coding standardsTroubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous platform improvementsRequired Experience3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development experienceStrong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, and JavaScriptExperience working with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 integrationsKnowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and solution management practicesStrong understanding of Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)Experience gathering requirements and collaborating directly with business stakeholdersStrong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skillsNice to HaveMicrosoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600SharePoint Online experienceExperience supporting marketing systems or customer engagement platformsAgile/Scrum environment experienceBackground supporting AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) organizationsWhat Stands OutThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on Dynamics 365 development and release management ownership.
