THE POSITION:
We are currently looking for the best and brightest warehouse specialist/driver to join our Kinter Family! If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, enjoy driving, and have a clean driving record; then Kinter is the company for you.
Responsibilities include:
Safely operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver inventory in the local run area.
Manage packing activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of shipments.
Pack and wrap orders appropriately to reduce damage during transit.
Operate warehouse vehicles (forklift, stock picker, reach truck, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to read, speak, and write English.
Valid class C driver’s license preferred; willingness to get class C license required.
Clean driving record.
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 40 lbs.
Available to work 40+ hours per week with overtime on an as-needed basis.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
THE LOCATION:
Kinter is located on the outskirts of Waukegan, just minutes from Gurnee and Wadsworth. Warehouse is located off of IL Route 41, which makes the commute easy from surrounding towns.
