POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven polishers to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires precision, consistency, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards. From the success of MILA in Miami Beach to the expansion of AVA, CASA NEOS, and CLAUDIE, RDG is building a collection of destinations that offer more than a meal - they create unforgettable experiences.YOUR ROLEPolish and inspect all silverware, glassware, and plateware to ensure spotless presentation and adherence to fine dining standardsOrganize and store service ware safely and efficiently to support smooth front-of-house operationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations, dish areas, and storage spacesHandle all items carefully to minimize breakage and maintain inventory levelsFollow proper sanitation, safety, and handling procedures in accordance with health regulations and company policiesSupport restocking of service stations and assist with additional stewarding or operational tasks as directed by managementCollaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure timely availability of polished service ware during peak service periodsAssist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by managementParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usageDemonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressureMaintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindsetAbility to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbsThis is not an exhausted list of job responsibilities.REQUIREMENTS1 -2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standardsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
