The shifts are 10 hr rotating shifts. Mondini ensures the conveyor and Raque or mondini are lined up correctly in order to avoid waste. Monitors catch pans and empties them when necessary. Prevents ingredients from becoming packed in machine in order to avoid downtime. Clears any jams that occur. Loads the raque or mondini with cheese or topping throughout shift. Calculates product yield every hour. Communicates well with all team members and departments (other operators, supervisors, maintenance, QA, etc.) Follows all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment. Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures. Heavy lifting Basic computer data entry required Willing to work overtime as needed High School Diploma/GED preferred 90 days of food manufacturing experience working in a Nestle factory preferred.It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
