Now Hiring Experienced CDL-A Drivers for dedicated OTR lanes operating throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. We’re looking for professional, reliable drivers who want consistent pay, steady lanes, and real support. COMPENSATION Company Drivers (W2): $1,500 – $2,000 weekly Owner-Operators: $6,000 – $7,000 weekly Paid weekly Dedicated lanes Dry Van freight POSITION DETAILS OTR: 2–3 weeks out at a time Dedicated routes (no random dispatch) W2 employment for company drivers Dry Van trailers required Owner-Operators without a trailer: TAP can assist with trailer financing through equipment financing ✅ REQUIREMENTS CDL-A License Minimum 2 years OTR experience Age 30+ preferred (If under 30, we’re open to a conversation based on experience and professionalism) Must live in or be willing to run lanes through: Ohio | Indiana | Kentucky | Illinois Clean driving record preferred Strong work ethic & professional mindset MILITARY VETERANS Military CDL-A drivers are strongly encouraged to apply.
