Customer Relations Representative/Marketer
Job Summary:The Customer Relations Representative role serves as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, fostering positive relationships by resolving inquiries, complaints, and service issues via phone, email, or chat. They focus on high-quality service, maintaining product knowledge, processing orders, and improving customer satisfaction.The Marketer role is responsible for driving brand awareness and customer acquisition by developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Key duties include market research, content creation, social media management, performance tracking, and cross-functional team collaboration to meet company sales goals.Schedule:9:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday w/ occasional weekend events40 hours per weekEssential Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties:The basic responsibilities of the Customer Relations Representative role includes, but is not limited to the following:Establish and maintain strong relationships of loyalty and trust between new and existing customers, yourself, and the company using the company code of conduct and ethics as the foundation.Provide an exemplary and seamless customer experience from the initial point of contact through the resolution of any inquiries or issues creating value for the customer while ensuring the customer feels valued and heard at every interactionPreemptively identify potential areas of dissatisfaction and proactively enhance the customer experienceUnderstand and respond to individual customer needs and preferencesImprove customer retention and satisfaction and record measurable metricsEngage directly with customers through communication channels such as in-person, phone, email, and social mediaAddress inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up using active listening, empathy, and documentationGather feedback and present in report format with supporting documents and recommended actions to aid in the continuous improvement of products and servicesCollaborate with division managers and upper management to ensure seamless information flow and implementation of customer-focused strategiesEstablish priorities; monitor the progress of projects and ensure that deadlines are metProvide feedback to help develop more efficient methods of conducting workflows; submit improved method suggestions to upper management for evaluationPrepare, review, keep record, and submit for processing documentation daily (coding item receipts and bills, repair reports, time sheets, etc.)Assist customers in contacting the appropriate personnel concerning questions and documentsProvide general support to visitors when on siteContribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neededThe basic responsibilities of the Marketer role includes, but is not limited to the following:Develop marketing plans that align with company goals and product launchesCreate, launch, and manage campaigns across email, social media, and digital platformsIdentify target audience demographics, competitor trends, and consumer needsProduce engaging content (blogs, social media, web copy) to boost brand awareness and ensure consistencyTrack and analyze campaign ROI, website metrics, and performance data to improve future strategiesCoordinate with external agencies and manage campaign budgetsGather feedback and present in report format with supporting documents and recommended actions to aid in the continuous improvement of products and servicesQualifications and Education Requirements:An individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily to perform this position successfully.
