Consumer Growth & Social Media Lead

We’re looking for a consumer growth + social media operator to help build awareness, engagement, and acquisition for a consumer health product. This is a hands‑on, execution‑first role. You’ll own content, growth experiments, and early‑stage consumer strategy — with a focus on turning attention into real users. If you know how to make content that converts (not just performs), this is for you. What You’ll Own Social media growth and brand presence Content creation across key channels (short‑form, posts, campaigns) Driving sign‑ups and paid conversions Testing messaging, formats, and growth strategies Launching and iterating on marketing initiatives Identifying new B2C opportunities and trends End‑to‑end ownership of consumer brand execution What We’re Looking For Experience in consumer health, wellness, or membership‑based products Proven ability to drive growth through content and social Strong understanding of what converts (not just what looks good) Creative thinker with strong execution skills Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑moving environment Bias toward testing, iteration, and learning Nice to Have Background in healthtech, wellness, or subscription products Experience in early‑stage or high‑growth environments Strong intuition for social trends and audience building Success in the First 30 Days Launch initial content and growth experiments Generate early traction (engagement, sign‑ups, or conversions) Show clear thinking, creativity, and iteration speed Details $1800/month Fractional (~10 hrs/week to start) Remote Opportunity to expand scope based on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
