Source One is a consulting services company and we're currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant with our direct client, a global ophthalmic manufacturing client in Fort Worth, TX.No Third-Party, No Corp to Corp, No Sponsorship or Temporary Authorization Now or FutureTitle: Quality Assurance Analyst ILocation: Fort Worth, TXOnsite (Mon-Fri, 40 hours)Contract Duration: 6 months, with likely extensionPay Rate: $25.00 per hour (w2)Job Description:Perform routine QA shopfloor activities as defined in approved procedures and work instructionsApply job-related training and procedural knowledge to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently in support of quality and compliance objectivesExecute assigned tasks with a high level of attention to detail, reliability, and consistency following job-related trainingMonitor product quality at different stages and detect and escalate non-conformance in a timely manner with support from Quality Assurance associatesMaintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality controlAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required trainingAssociates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations.
