Senior PM - Luxury Residential (West Palm Beach)

Trueline's client, a fast-growing luxury residential developer with a rapidly expanding pipeline of custom homes in South Florida, is seeking a Luxury Homes Project Manager to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a high-visibility opportunity to oversee multiple ultra-high-end residential builds valued between $4M-$10M while helping scale a growing construction platform from the ground up. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple concurrent projects, and brings strong luxury residential construction experience within the South Florida market.What You'll Do as the Luxury Homes Project Manager:Oversee 4-10 concurrent luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through completionManage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall construction executionCoordinate field teams, supers, vendors, and subcontractors across multiple active job sitesTrack project costs, forecasting, change orders, and delivery timelinesEnsure projects meet high-end quality standards, client expectations, and schedule commitmentsWork closely with ownership and leadership on reporting, project strategy, and operational improvementsHelp implement scalable construction processes and systems as the company continues rapid growthMaintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and local municipalitiesProactively identify and solve construction, scheduling, and operational challengesMust-Haves as the Luxury Homes Project Manager:5+ years of project management experience in luxury residential construction, ideally 8+ yearsExperience managing multiple concurrent custom home projects simultaneouslyProven background overseeing luxury single-family homes valued between $4M-$10M+Strong knowledge of South Florida construction practices, permitting, and subcontractor managementExperience managing budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and construction reportingStrong leadership, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExperience with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similarNice-to-Haves as the Luxury Homes Project Manager:Existing South Florida subcontractor and vendor relationshipsExperience working directly with developers or ownership groupsSpanish language skillsExperience helping scale or build construction operations within a growing companyLuxury spec home experience from ground-up through final deliveryOur Client Offers:Base salary of $140,000-$160,000Performance bonus up to 20%Company CarOpportunity to join a well-capitalized and rapidly growing luxury development platformDirect exposure to ownership and executive leadershipSignificant career growth opportunity as the company expands its construction armEntrepreneurial environment with strong project pipeline and long-term growth plansTrueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
