The right candidate will have demonstrated solid leadership and technical acumen in leading teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes. You will be involved in strategy, inception, and execution of our infrastructure projects, as well as initiating, planning, and executing intermediate‐to‐large scale cross‐functional programs. The ideal candidate has an excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute successfully in situations where authority is not a given. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
