Lead, Analytics Engineering

Overview As Engineering Lead at Avison Young Technologies, you will steer the strategy and delivery of proprietary data products and models that support CRE decisions for investors, occupiers, and public sector clients. You’ll partner with clients, advisory teams, and leadership to design scalable, insight-driven solutions for portfolio analysis, site and market search, and highest-and-best-use use cases. You combine CRE strategy know-how with product management to translate needs into usable products and guide cross-functional delivery. This role offers a chance to shape data-driven decisions in a global CRE advisory context and to impact how teams work with data.
