Now Hiring: Bilingual Prevention Child Abuse and Neglect Compliance ManagerLocation: El Monte, CA 91731We are currently seeking a Bilingual Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (PCAN) Compliance Manager to join our residential team. The Bilingual PCAN) Compliance Manager serves as a positive role model to the youth and staff under his/her supervision and will serve the needs of the youth of have suffered trauma and assist them in acquiring the knowledge, skills, and tools to break the cycle of abuse and to experience success in achieving their goals with hope for a brighter future.Responsibilities:Manages and implements ongoing compliance with the state and ORR standards on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment on campus within the minor population.The applicant must foster a facility climate which condemns sexual abuse; provides resources and support to the programs; and reports incidents of sexual abuse.Be the point of contact for the program for all sexual abuse related incidents.Completes documentation and meets all required deadlines and timeframes as per state and federal standards.Provides recommendations for program management on coordination and documentation on behaviors of a sexual nature.Coordinates with third party contracts, ORR, and other outside service providers and staff to share all pertinent information and updates on a UC and related sexual abuse incidents and reports.Actively participate in exhibiting cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with children, parent(s)/guardian(s), staff, and the community.Drive a vehicle when necessary.Skills/Requirements:Must have a Bachelor's Degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services field, or business administration or management from an accredited school.Must have at least 1-year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, quality assurance or compliance.Must be well organized and able to assume a position of strong leadership with the clinical team.Should have an interest in working with youth and must fulfill the general requirements as established in the California Code of Regulations, Title 22.Writing and verbal skills and the ability to compose quality reports and other necessary correspondence is essential.Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a physical examination, drug clearance, criminal background check and Child Abuse Index check.Must possess a valid California driver's license with clean DMV history and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Trinity's insurance carrier.Must be fluent in at least Spanish, verbal and written.Annual salary: $72,000Why work for Trinity Youth Services?In addition to providing employees with the opportunity to make a positive, significant, lasting difference in the lives of children and families in a supportive setting, Trinity also offers the following:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceEmployer-Paid Life InsuranceEducation Reimbursement for Masters DegreesPaid PTO, Holidays, Jury Duty, and BereavementRetirement PlansCareer Advancement OpportunitiesAbout Trinity Youth ServicesSince 1966, Trinity has been a premier provider of children's programs and services in California, specializing in Short-Term residential Therapeutic Programs (STRTP), mental health services, foster care, Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC) and adoption.
