Interim Counsel - Data & AI (Remote)

JURISolutions is seeking an attorney for a remote Interim Counsel opportunity supporting our business and technology consulting client’s Data & AI team. This attorney would support the Data & Artificial Intelligence team conducting assessments of go-to-market service and offerings. Responsibilities include:Conducting assessments and supporting compliance of new service and product offerings for preparation to go-to-marketIdentify legal and regulatory risks, and develop mitigation strategiesManage contracting and developing templates, providing guidance to deal teamsSupport legal and business leadership in evaluating acquisition targets and post-merger integration strategiesSupport team development and enhance legal support strategy and operation modelsCandidates must have at least 8 years of experience advising on data and AI services with demonstrated experience with emerging technologies and offerings, providing risk analysis and mitigation strategies; as well as experience working on deals and evaluating commercial models for new data and AI services.
