Senior Business Analyst

The Association of Social Work Boards provides support and services to the social work regulatory community to advance safe, competent, and ethical practices to strengthen public protection.The Senior Business Analyst at ASWB serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders, information technology, and external vendors, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support ASWB's mission and regulatory responsibilities. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this role leads complex business analysis efforts, translates business needs into clear and actionable requirements, and guides solutions from concept through delivery across ASWB's mission-critical systems.The Senior Business Analyst works extensively with platforms including ASWBCentral, the approved continuing education (ACE) platform, re:Members (AMS/CRM), and related data and reporting tools.
