Freight Loader

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Freight Loader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely loading and unloading freight, organizing shipments, and ensuring all cargo is handled efficiently and securely. This is a physically active position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or dock environment. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers Sort, stack, and organize shipments by destination or route Inspect cargo for damage and report any issues Secure loads properly to prevent shifting during transport Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (forklift experience is a plus) Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Requirements: Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred Forklift certification is a plus (not required) Team-oriented with good communication skills Pay: $24.10 - $29.10 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
