Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Collaborate with RN preceptors to deliver direct, compassionate nursing care and assist patients with essential activities of daily living.+ Master clinical fundamentals by accurately monitoring vital signs and observing patient status to ensure timely medical responses.+ Influence care planning by reporting critical observations and test results, directly contributing to the development of patient treatment strategies.+ Maintain real-time documentation of patient progress and environmental safety to ensure seamless communication across the healthcare team.+ Support clinical flow by preparing and transporting patients for diagnostic services and managing the immediate care environment.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:+ High school diploma/GED required.
