Senior Change Manager (HRIS & TA)
SoCode Recruitment is supporting a large, international organization delivering a global HR technology transformation. We're looking for a Senior Change Manager to own the people and adoption side of a new HRIS and Talent Acquisition system rollout across North America and wider global teams.This is a hands‐on delivery role , not advisory. You'll be embedded in the programme, working closely with HR leadership, technology teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure new HR and TA processes actually land and are adopted.What you'll be doingLeading change activities aligned to the HRIS and TA rolloutAssessing impact and readiness across HR teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and employeesCoaching HR and business leaders through significant process and system changeIdentifying adoption risks early and driving practical mitigationPartnering with comms and training teams to ensure messaging reflects real people impactTracking adoption and feedback post‐go‐live and adjusting approach as requiredWhat we're looking for7+ years' change management experience with strong HR digital transformation exposureHands‐on experience supporting HRIS and/or Talent Acquisition system implementationsComfortable operating autonomously in complex, fast‐moving environmentsConfident engaging and influencing senior HR and business stakeholdersAble to translate system and process change into clear, practical messaging for different audiencesExperience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar is highly desirable. Change certifications are useful but not essential.This is a fully remote, USA‐based contract offering long‐term engagement on a high‐profile global transformation.Interested?
