We advocate for the best pay, diversity in tech, and the best job fit for every candidate we place.Our client, an environmental consulting firm, is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join their team in Orange, CA!The ideal candidate will lead remediation, site assessment, and environmental compliance projects for industrial and commercial clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, project management skills, and a business development mindset.ResponsibilitiesManage Phase I & II site assessments, remediation projects, due diligence, and subsurface investigations.Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client relationships.Prepare technical reports, remedial action plans, feasibility studies, and regulatory documentation.Coordinate field activities, sampling programs, laboratory data interpretation, and corrective actions.Work directly with agencies including DTSC, RWQCB, EPA, CUPAs, and other regulatory organizations.Provide clients with environmental compliance and regulatory guidance.Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs.Communicate project status, budgets, and schedules to clients and leadership.Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.Mentor junior staff and represent the company professionally with clients and regulators.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.8–15 years of environmental consulting experience.Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and remediation practicesExperience managing environmental investigation and remediation projects.Proven business development and client management skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask, travel as needed, and work independently.Must pass background check and drug screening.Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
