Electronics Assembler / Soldering Technician$20.00 $23.00 per hourFull-Time | Direct hire or temp to hire (depending on preference)Stacy, MN 55079Monday - Thursday, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pmPosition OverviewWe are currently hiring an Electronics Assembler / Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, soldering, inspecting, and testing electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards in a clean and quality-focused production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with both through-hole and surface-mount soldering, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components using microscopes and precision tools.ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic components, circuit boards, and subassemblies according to specificationsPerform through-hole and SMT soldering using hand soldering equipmentInstall wiring, connectors, and electronic componentsInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracyTroubleshoot, repair, and rework defective assemblies when necessaryRead and follow assembly instructions, schematics, and production documentationAdhere to IPC-A-610 workmanship standards and company quality proceduresUse microscopes, magnifiers, and hand tools to complete precision assembly tasksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport production goals while maintaining high-quality standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrior experience in electronics assembly and soldering requiredExperience with through-hole and/or surface-mount technology (SMT) solderingIPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferredStrong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsAbility to work with very small components under magnificationComfortable performing repetitive assembly work with a high level of accuracyBasic computer and documentation skillsAbility to lift up to 25 poundsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods during the shiftWhy Join Our Team?Stable full-time opportunity with consistent hoursClean and organized electronics manufacturing facilityOpportunity to expand skills in PCB assembly and solderingTeam-oriented environment with ongoing training opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experience and skill level
