Board Certified Behavior Analyst-- Hybrid Contract or Salary Position

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team-- hybrid or face-to-face each day. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism; have a passion for serving children and families; be a great team player who is continuously learning and growing in the profession; and possess a strong background in behavioral health and special education.Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans- Implement behavior intervention strategies to support clients in achieving their goals- Provide ongoing monitoring and data collection to track progress and adjust interventions as needed- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.Qualifications:- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices- Ability to work effectively with children and their families- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environmentThis position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
