As a Program Supervisor, you will: Supervise and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Coordinate daily operations within Community Day Services Implement and monitor individualized support plans Ensure high-quality, person-centered services Complete required documentation, assessments, and reports Train, coach, and evaluate team members Promote compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards Foster a positive, collaborative work environment Support the agency's mission, vision, and values Keywords: Program Supervisor,Human Services, Supervisor,Community Day Services,IDD, Direct Support Professional Supervisor, DSP Lead, DSP Supervisor, Management, Program Lead,Program Manager. Required: Supervisory experience Valid Driver's License Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field Two years of supervisory experience Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
