Job Title: OpenShift Cloud EngineerLocation: Woodall Rodgers, TX(Hybrid)Duration: 6 monthsRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years working with OpenShift (v4.15 and newer).Experience with:OpenShift Data Foundation / Platform PlusCeph storageCloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or IBM CloudContainers (Docker), Kubernetes, and microservicesFamiliar with:Java, JBoss, nginx, Node.jsMigrating apps to containersScripting and configuration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, ChefStrong analytical and multitasking skills.Excellent communication (written and verbal).Basic networking knowledge (protocols, firewalls, load balancers).Willingness to document and share knowledge with the team.Preferred Qualifications:VMware (vCenter, vRA, vRO)Running OpenShift on bare metalROSA and AzureSSL certificate managementAgile practices (Kanban, sprints, stand-ups)Monitoring/logging tools (Dynatrace, QRadar)
