Key Responsibilities:Inspire and engage with customers and their pets, ensuring exceptional service during every shift. Assist customers in selecting the ideal toys and products for their beloved pets. Create memorable experiences for regular shoppers and their furry friends. Teach young customers about pet care, such as how to maintain a fish tank. Lead by example and model outstanding service for team members. Support team leaders in daily operations and track performance metrics. Enhance community engagement while promoting store performance. Step in to assist both customers and team members when needed. Qualifications:A high school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong sales and customer service skills. Able to operate necessary equipment, including a forklift, and lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work flexible schedules; must be 18 or older and able to pass a drug screening.
