Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary and Responsibilities As an Engineer, you will provide critical technical expertise and innovative solutions, driving the design, development, and optimization of our systems and processes. Every day you will expertly analyze complex problems, develop practical designs, conduct rigorous testing, and meticulously implement solutions, contributing essential insights and technical contributions to our projects. Ensures maintenance, operation and repair responsibilities meet department quality expectations. Ensures the quantity of maintenance, operation and repair responsibilities meets department expectations. Maintains skills, knowledge of position by keeping up with new technological advances. Exercises good judgment and decision making as an engineer. Utilizes time productively. Demonstrates the ability to safely and competently use equipment in the provision of department services. Job Requirements Required High School graduate/High School GED Three (3) to five (5) years' experience orfour (4) year apprenticeship working inoperations and maintenance. Ability to pass licensing examination when required. Extensive exposure to any of the following, including but not limited to; Electrical, Air Conditioning, Carpentry, Boiler, etc. Working knowledge of Medical Center systems a plus. A general mechanical ability in multiple trades is desired. Fast paced problem solver.
