General Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team at a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks to support plant/facility reorganization projects. Responsibilities Painting. Hand saw work. Drilling – lagging racks to floor – able to use small hand tools as needed. Tear down - moving – lifting- setting up new racking with climbing up to 16-foot ladders. Able to lift racks and beam up to 50 lbs. Cleaning and organizing the floor space prior to new rack set up. Assisting other contractors as needed in renovating the offices – break room – and rest rooms. Qualifications - Mechanical knowledge and experience - Proficiency in using power tools - Ability to work in a factory setting - Familiarity with hand tools and their usage - Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly line work - Forklift operation skills would be a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to Relocate: Rincon, GA 31326: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
