This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with direct fencing experience who can manage crews, maintain project timelines, and ensure high-quality installations.If you have experience overseeing fence installation crews, reading project plans, coordinating field operations, and leading teams in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoLead and supervise crews of 4–7 fence and guardrail installersOversee daily operations on active construction job sitesCoordinate schedules, materials, and manpower to keep projects on trackWork closely with project managers, customers, and field teamsTrain and mentor new team members on installation standards and safetyConduct quality checks to ensure projects meet company and customer expectationsMaintain equipment and enforce proper safety protocolsMonitor labor productivity and project efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience as a Fence Foreman, Lead Installer, or similar supervisory roleDirect experience with commercial or industrial fencing, guardrail, or highway barrier installation requiredExperience leading field crews in construction environmentsAbility to read project drawings, plans, and specificationsStrong communication and leadership skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordComfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for scheduling/communicationWillingness to travel overnight frequently for project work (company-paid lodging and transportation provided)Overtime and weekend availability as neededWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $75,000 - $85,000 based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesCompany-paid travel accommodations and transportationStable, full-time work with an established fencing and guardrail contractorOpportunity to lead high-impact commercial projectsWork Location: In person / travel to project sites
