By joining Doral Health & Wellness, you ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to building a healthier community and providing outstanding care to those who need it most.What You ll Do:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients' medical conditions with precision and care.Order and interpret lab tests and other diagnostics to guide treatment decisions.Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Perform minor procedures and explain treatments to patients clearly and compassionately.Collaborate with medical professionals in the community and local hospitals.Promote health education alongside other health professionals to enhance community well-being.Meet government-set targets for specified treatments and engage with pharmaceutical representatives to evaluate new products.Keep up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, treatment options, and medications.Mentor and guide medical trainees and students when needed.Qualifications:Degree in Medicine (required).5 years of residency training (required).Current state medical license and Federal DEA license (required).Completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (required).5+ years of experience as an Internal Medicine or Family Practitioner.Exceptional counseling, listening, and communication skills.Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A compassionate approach that puts patients at ease.Excellent leadership and management skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary: $250,000 - $260,000 per year + incentive bonuses.Comprehensive health insurance including dental and vision.Malpractice, license, and DEA coverage.Paid time off to support your well-being.401(k) with company contributions.Life insurance, and more.Join us in our mission to provide exceptional care and make a lasting impact on the health and lives of our patients.
