Reporting Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Prepare the production of financial reports for alternative investment products Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory, product-specific requirements, and internal quality standards Work within an operations team and meet deadlines for high-quality financial reporting Participate in and/or lead operational efficiencies to scale and automate processes Interact with various internal groups and represent the business to customers and partnersWhat You'll Need Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of financial services experience (asset manager, audit firm, or custodian bank) in accounting operations or administration for alternative investment products Accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes (e.g., commodities, real estate, private debt, private equity) Experience preparing financial statements and related content for 10-K and 10-Q filings for products structured as BDCs, ETPs, or REITs Ability to collaborate with staff and business partners to recommend system, process, and reporting changes Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)What's On Offer Join a collaborative, operations-focused team Opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in new and alternative investment products Work with a brand new technology platform transforming reporting processesApply via Haystack today!
