We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team in Winchester, VA. If you have strong mechanical skills and take pride in quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will install and support commercial and industrial HVAC systems while maintaining high standards of safety and performance. Responsibilities include Install HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps Maintain high standards of mechanical installation practices Perform brazing and soldering as needed Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics Install and support proper refrigerant piping systems Assist with basic system controls and wiring Use tools, equipment, and basic computer systems effectively Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate clearly with team members and customers What We're Looking For At least 1 year of HVAC installation or service experience, or equivalent training Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and documentation skills Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required Why Join Southern Air?
