Project Consultant
What's the role?As the Project Consultant, you should have the ability and skill to handle highly complex projects and multiple technologies, involving groups of different areas for attaining the implementation and delivery in time and according to certain specifications. This individual must schedule activities with both internal and external areas as well as external service providers.How can you add value?Responsible for supporting suppliers and customers with the provisioning, activation, and troubleshooting of customer services at the time of installation.Handle the critical activities to complete the project, monitoring the state and reporting periodically to management.Manage process service orders and cost control and billing.Generate periodic Project Update reports.Review and approve supplier invoices regarding projects.Control process and delivery times for new services, extensions, or modifications to existing services.Provide feedback from existing processes and suggest modifications if needed.Maintain and update databases and documentation for the project, ensuring accurate documentation generation, database records, and technical diagrams.Identify and follow any third-party services orders.Identify, consolidate, and follow any orders associated with the project materials.Generate reports for Backhaul Services Providers.Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.Other functions may be assigned.What do you need?Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management preferred.Some Work-related Experience Is RequiredMinimum five (3) years of work-related experience is highly preferred.Other QualificationsFully Bilingual (Spanish and English).Customer Service.Flexibility – open to change and new information; adapts behavior or work methods in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles; optimally deals with ambiguity.Interpersonal Skills – shows understanding, friendliness, courtesy, tact, empathy, concern, and civility to others; develops and maintains efficient relationships with others; deals with individuals who are difficult, hostile, or distressed; relates well to people from varied backgrounds and different situations; is sensitive to cultural diversity, race, gender, disabilities, and other individual differences.Leadership – influences, motivates, and challenges others; adapts leadership styles to a variety of situations.Verbal Communication – expresses information efficiently to individuals or groups, taking into account the audience and nature of the information; makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.Technical Knowledge – shows knowledge of connectivity and telecommunications services in general; works closely and in coordination with operational teams, Logistics, Service Providers and Subcontractors to complement the Project.Valid driver's license.Traveling may be required.Equal Employment OpportunityLiberty Puerto Rico provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, social status, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran, military service obligation, disability status, genetic information, political affiliation, and being or being perceived as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking.
