This role is focused on building and maintaining trusted customer relationships while helping enterprise clients maintain operational health, adopt new functionality, and maximize value from Adobe solutions.This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong leadership, executive communication, technical curiosity, and experience managing complex enterprise accounts in a SaaS or software environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, and maintain one-on-one relationships with enterprise customersDeliver technical services designed to support customer operational health and solution adoptionManage and prioritize a complex book of business while maintaining high customer satisfactionPartner with Customer Success and Sales leadership to support retention and value realization effortsSupport key customer accounts and assist with critical issue management when neededIdentify customer needs through discovery and consultationDrive customer engagement around Adobe Digital Experience solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally on customer concerns, process improvements, and operational initiativesCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholdersNavigate escalations and complicated customer situations professionallyQualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Customer Support, or related enterprise SaaS environmentsPrior people leadership or mentoring experience within customer-facing technical teamsExperience managing enterprise-level customer relationships and complex books of businessStrong customer communication and executive presenceAbility to handle escalations and maintain high CSAT outcomesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize, remove blockers, and drive customer success initiativesExperience explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with Adobe Digital Experience products preferredStrong preference for experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, or GenStudioBachelor's degree requiredCompensationPay Rate: $45.00 to $49.30 per hourRequisition ID: 37244695
