Process EngineerThe Process Engineer is responsible for development of process control, manufacturing documentation, and process improvement activities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Represents the company's quality system to media, government agencies, funding agencies, customers, and the publicProvides sustaining engineering support for manufacturing floor as requiredAssists in the development of manufacturing methodsSupports product and improvement projectsReceives instructions on assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutionsReceives/solicits guidance on unusual and/or complex problems and supervisory approval on work plansPerforms other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their managerMust be a team player as measured by his/her peersPerforms other related duties assignedPrepares manufacturing documentation and conducts initial review of critical customer requirementsCoordinates with programming department in fixture design and creationGenerates Shop Inspection Reports in conjunction with Manufacturing PlansSupports customer needs in Computer Aided DesignREQUIREMENTS:3 to 10 years of progressive technical experienceRelevant industry experienceDESIRED:Bachelor's degree preferredSomeone who proactively addresses concerns and potential issues prior to them negatively impacting businessSomeone who is personally committed to owning the outcome of identified results with a proven record of success and ownership when achieving goalsA strong initiative with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamA problem solver with a solution focused mindset
