This role will play a key part in driving supply chain strategy, improving operational performance, and supporting long-term business growth through quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.📍 Location: Raleigh, NC🏢 Schedule: Onsite | Monday – Friday💰 Compensation: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits packageWhat You’ll DoLead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities across the organizationDevelop and execute supply chain strategies focused on cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk reductionNegotiate supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and service termsOversee procurement and accounts payable functions to ensure operational accuracy and efficiencyBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersMonitor supplier performance metrics and drive corrective or improvement initiatives as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across supply chain operationsProactively assess and mitigate supply chain risks to support business continuityPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and other internal teamsLead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field preferred10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within a manufacturing environmentProven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiativesStrong background in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship managementExperience working within ERP systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of ISO/QMS standards and manufacturing compliance practices preferredWhy Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the world’s largest trading card manufacturer.
