470 Slot Technician

POSITION SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: The Lead Technician is responsible for major mechanical repairs, machine maintenance, conversions, floor moves, etc. to ensure compliance with state inspectors, state compact and internal controls. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for maintaining records relating to the removal, replacement, relocation, and repair of slot machines. Keeps an orderly inventory of parts and records of inventory in stock, purchased, and used. Repairs equipment used in Slot Department. Ensure slot machines are in good working order. Replaces parts and cleans machines as needed. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.
