What You’ll Be Doing Residential and commercial cleaning (homes, offices, studios, etc.) Following clear checklists and systems (we train you) Working independently or with a small team Maintaining a professional, respectful presence in client spaces Using and caring for company equipment and supplies What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented—you notice what others overlook Reliable—you show up and do what you say you’ll do Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work efficiently without cutting corners Comfortable working in different environments Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.)
