Data Integration Analyst

ROOTLOGIK Background:ROOTLOGIK is a business solutions supplier supporting clients across multiple industries. We design, build, and operate the data integrations that connect our clients with their external supplier networks. We are currently looking for a Data Integration Analyst to supplement our team. Key Responsibilities:As a Data Integration Analyst for ROOTLOGIK, you will work on behalf of our clients with their external suppliers to design, deliver, and support integrations that exchange product and order data. Key responsibilities include: Interface directly with client suppliers to represent the work being done by ROOTLOGIK and serve as the technical point of contact for each integration Develop a thorough understanding of each supplier's systems, data formats, and technical capabilities, and identify the best approach to integrate with them Scope integration solutions and document requirements, data mappings, and technical specifications for each supplier integration Assist with the development of integrations on PostgreSQL and Apache Airflow, including building data pipelines, transformations, and scheduled workflows Lead supplier on-boarding and deliver training to supplier and client contacts on integration processes and tools Handle ongoing support cases for active integrations, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution Ensure supplier issues and change requests are captured, validated, and escalated for further processing A successful Data Integration Analyst will have:Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to self-manage tasks, work independently, and deliver effectively Analytical problem-solving skills that will allow them to define the problems, collect the necessary data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Strong verbal and written skills that will allow them to easily communicate with client, supplier, and ROOTLOGIK teams Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis 3–5 years of professional experience in data integration, data engineering, or a similar role (Required) Relational database experience, including writing and tuning SQL queries (Required); PostgreSQL preferred Hands-on experience developing in Python (Required) Fluency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Required) Prior experience with Apache Airflow is not required but desired Prior experience with integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and SFTP/flat-file transfer is not required but desired
