ResponsibilitiesDrive business development and relationship growth by targeting high‑value partners, generating qualified opportunities, attending meetings and site walks, and maintaining a disciplined CRM pipelineLead estimating and preconstruction efforts, including conceptual through detailed estimates, document reviews, subcontractor pricing, value engineering, proposal development, and bid/no‑bid decisionsServe as a primary preconstruction liaison for architects, designers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on design intent, budget, scope, schedule, and evolving project assumptionsSupport marketing and brand presence by contributing to collateral, case studies, project content, social media ideas, and materials that position the company as a trusted high‑end construction partnerEnhance workflows through AI and technology, improving proposal drafts, checklists, CRM updates, documentation, subcontractor outreach, and standardized templates while ensuring human review for accuracyMaintain organized, accountable processes across opportunities, bids, proposals, pricing, design changes, and lessons learned, while representing the company professionally in all market interactionQualificationsConstruction background in business development, estimating, preconstruction, project or construction managementAbility to interpret technical documents, including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid packagesStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and proposal developmentSkilled in communication, relationship‑building, sales outreach, site walks, presentations, and professional client interactionHighly organized and detail‑driven, able to manage multiple deadlines and proficient with Microsoft Office and common construction, estimating, CRM, or document‑management toolsSalary: $70k - $95kAsk for: Aarti ManchandaAjulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
