Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Digital Sales Representative. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales. You'll play a key role in responding to inbound leads, managing our CRM system, conducting market research, and supporting special sales projects with our marketing director. This member will join our team here in East Troy, Wisconsin!   Key Responsibilities:Respond to and sell to inbound leads via digital channels and phone calls, maintaining a 24-hour response time. - Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales leads for to support the National Account ManagersAdminister and maintain the CRM system (Zoho), ensuring accurate data and insights for the teamConduct thorough market research and support special projects, including targeted outreach and cold callingCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead management and conversion ratesAnswer calls from existing and perspective clients Update and maintain leads and opportunities in the CRM (Zoho), including sales stage and next assigned task date, until turned over to a account managerParticipates in special projects, such as event or lead registrations from partners, and performs other duties as requiredIdentify and implement improvements for CRM workflows or automationsPerform monthly CRM audits to ensure all records are accurate, updated, and actionableWhat we look for:A passion for sales, with a hunger to learn and grow professionallyQuick Learner Self-starter and team playerExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in tackling challengesResilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM systems or a strong aptitude for learning new toolsProficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite What we offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonusesHands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for career growthCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunities to work on diverse projects and make a meaningful impactLearn more about us and our mission!
