We are seeking highly motivated, efficient, dependable, safety minded and hardworking crew members. The ideal candidates can work with minimal oversight, but willing to follow directions closely. The candidates must be teachable, willing to learn and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. BASIC FUNCTION: _ Customer service- oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment_ ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Available shifts, Monday through Friday; Some Saturdays (Days and times may vary) Load and unload up to 75lbs of Landscaping Material Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to use a Navigation System to manage accurate and timely route. Maintain all equipment and provide quality service at every job. Reading an order form to accurately pick up and deliver the correct material. Comfort working outside in extreme weather fluctuations. Must be willing to travel from location to location in Orange County Area 21 years old or older. Experience: Driving 3yrs+ is a Plus, but not required. License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company. Appearance: Employees will be required to wear the provided company attire and maintain a neat and clean appearance. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Regularly required to bend, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, reach, handle and/or feel objects, tools, or controls. Always required to wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which may include gloves, goggles, aprons, belts, etc. Must be able to lift, up to 70 lbs. on daily basis.
