Maintenance Manager

Our team is dedicated to craftsmanship, innovation, and exceeding customer expectations– every component, every time.Your Role:The Facilities Manager keeps every system in our facility running safely and reliably — from rectifiers and plating line equipment to HVAC, ventilation, and wastewater infrastructure. This role combines electrical, mechanical, and hands-on maintenance and equipment expertise, ensuring our facility meets production demands, safety standards, and regulatory requirements every day.What You’ll Do:• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical equipment, including rectifiers, DC power supplies, plating line drives, and motor controls• Service and maintain pump systems, filtration units, agitation systems, and fluid handlingequipment throughout the plating operation• Manage PLC-based and automated process control systems; coordinate with controls vendorson programming updates and repairs• Manage all building systems, including HVAC, exhaust ventilation, compressed air, plumbing,and wastewater pretreatment infrastructure• Coordinate capital improvement projects from planning through completion, includingcontractor management and budget tracking• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, fire codes, and environmental regulations governing metalfinishing operations• Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians; assign work orders, providetechnical guidance, and manage vendor relationshipsWhat You’ll Bring:• 5+ years of facilities or maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentwith strong electromechanical expertise• Solid working knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and industrialautomation up to 480V three-phase• Experience with pumping systems, chemical process equipment, or fluid handling in anindustrial setting• Familiarity with OSHA, NEC, and environmental compliance requirements for manufacturingfacilities• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and manage outside contractors, vendor bids, andfacilities budgets• Journeyman Electrician license a plus; background in electroplating or metal finishing preferred
